SANY SY75C (7 ton): Rp 395rb/hour (bucket), Rp 495rb/hour (breaker). Kubota U30 (3 ton): Rp 300rb/hour (bucket), Rp 400rb/hour (breaker). All rates include experienced operator and fuel. Minimum 8 working hours on the first day (all attachments). Subsequent days minimum 4 working hours if operator is already on site. For long-term duration we offer special package pricing.
JKR excavator rental package includes: experienced operator, fuel, and routine unit maintenance. Fees may vary based on project location, duration, mobilization is calculated separately (Starting from Rp 1,500,000, depending on location distance).

JKR serves all of Bali: Badung (Canggu, Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua), Denpasar, Tabanan, Gianyar (Ubud), Buleleng (Singaraja, Lovina), Karangasem, Bangli, Klungkung, and Jembrana. We are based in Canggu, Badung — fastest response for Badung area and surroundings.
SANY SY75C (7 ton) is larger and more powerful, suitable for big projects, deep excavation, and high material volume. Kubota U30 (3 ton) is smaller and more agile, suitable for narrow lots, small alleys, and villa projects. Choose SANY for large projects, Kubota for confined areas.
Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental packages at special rates. Contact us via WhatsApp for long-term duration quotes.
Yes, an experienced operator is included in all excavator rental packages. Our operators are specially trained and work in accordance with construction safety standards.
Minimum rental 8 working hours on the first day (all attachments). Subsequent days (if operator is already on site), minimum 4 working hours. If the project finishes before the minimum, it is still billed according to the minimum. For special negotiations, contact us directly.
Before the unit is delivered, please prepare the project PIC's ID card (KTP) for rental administration purposes. The JKR team will conduct verification and coordinate the operator, unit, and mobilization route before the delivery schedule is confirmed.
Mobilization fee starts from Rp 1,500,000, depending on the project location distance from our base in Canggu, Badung. For projects in the Badung area, the fee is more affordable.
Required documents: project PIC's ID card (KTP). Please prepare the KTP before the unit is delivered, for rental administration purposes.
Yes, we provide bore pile services with excavator and auger. Diameter 30 cm starts from Rp 95rb/meter. Diameter 40 cm is also available. Minimum order 50 meters.
JKR provides Kubota U30 (3-ton) and SANY SY75C (7-ton) excavator rental with bucket or breaker options, bore pile services with 30-40 cm diameter, 5 m3 dump truck rental, and unit mobilization to project sites across Bali. Every excavator rental package includes an experienced operator and fuel.
JKR currently focuses on the Kubota U30 mini excavator (3-ton), SANY SY75C excavator (7-ton), 5 m3 dump truck, and bore pile services — we do not yet provide forklifts, cranes/mobile cranes, scissor lifts, or bulldozers. For needs beyond these, please ask us first via WhatsApp — we may have another solution to help.
Yes, we provide a 5 m3 dump truck starting from Rp900.000/day (8 working hours), including driver and fuel. It can haul soil, demolition debris, and other building materials.
Yes — besides the daily package, our dump truck also serves per-trip (ritase) mode between locations. Fuel is included for both daily and per-trip hire; per-trip pricing depends on distance and number of trips, so contact us for an estimate that fits your project.
We apologize — to maintain work quality and equipment safety on site, we do not offer bare rental (without an operator). Every JKR unit comes with an experienced operator and fuel so your work runs safely and smoothly.
Not yet — the bore pile price (from Rp95.000/meter for 30 cm diameter) covers drilling the hole only, without concrete and steel. Pouring and rebar are priced separately according to your project needs.
Yes, our team performs a free site survey to check road access and ground conditions before the unit is delivered — especially important for locations with narrow access. Just send your location pin via WhatsApp to schedule the survey.
Under our general policy, payment is made after the unit/work is completed, not in advance. Our team will explain the payment scheme details for your project during booking confirmation.
Our listed prices are standard rates that are already competitive, including operator and fuel. For large volumes, long-term projects, or monthly rental we can discuss a special offer — share your project details via WhatsApp.
Our excavators are commonly used for foundation/footing excavation, concrete demolition (with breaker), backfilling and grading, land clearing (clearing plots, removing trees/wood debris), and building roads and waterways. Tell us your job type and location, and we will recommend the best-suited unit.
The Kubota U30 is about 1,55 meters wide, designed to enter narrow plots and small alleys such as villa projects. To confirm access at your site, our team will check directly during the free site survey.
The 'PC' term you mention usually refers to common size-class naming for excavators. Our fleet is the Kubota U30 (3-ton class, comparable to the PC30) and the SANY SY75C (7-ton class, comparable to the PC75) — so for needs equivalent to the PC30 or PC75, our units are a strong option. A specific PC60 or PC200 is currently not available in our fleet.
