2. Data We Process

a. Contact form & WhatsApp button. When you fill in the contact form (name, phone number, equipment type, project location, message), this data is used to open your WhatsApp conversation with the JKR team and is not stored on this website's server. Subsequent conversations take place on WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

b. Business communication data. Your WhatsApp number and conversation content with us are stored in our WhatsApp Business account solely for quotation, project execution, and post-rental service purposes. We do not sell or rent your contact data to any third party.

c. Technical & analytics data. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) and Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook/Instagram. These tools may use cookies and collect data such as pages visited, device type, and interactions (e.g. WhatsApp button clicks).

We process data to: (1) respond to your quotation requests and enquiries; (2) execute the rental agreement; (3) measure and improve the effectiveness of our site and ads; (4) fulfil legal obligations. We do not engage in automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you.
